The condition of your products is of a high importance, after all who wants damaged goods. Damaged goods are no good to your customer they are also no good to you. If the goods you are shipping are damaged in shipment then your customer will need to wait till you can get them a replacement, which can be an imposition to them and may be a financial set back for you .
If you have to replace the goods that were shipped not only are you out the money that you would have made on those products but you are also out the money that you would make on their replacements and you will most likely be out the cost of shipping the new replacement goods. This is a setback for both you and your customer. One you most likely cannot afford.
For these reason it is pertinent that you ship your goods correctly the first time. Naturally there are some unforeseeable circumstances that cannot be avoided, but by using the proper shipping materials you can make every effort possible to assure both yourself and the customer that the goods you are shipping will arrive in original condition.
Pallet wrap is designed to hold the products tightly on the pallet and assure safe shipping. There are many different types of plastic wrap for pallets and numerous different suppliers. While these products typically look the same that are not all manufactured to the same level of standards.
It is important that you only use high quality wrap when shipping your goods. While there may be products on the market that are cheaper they are most likely not up to the standards of the higher priced wrap. While you may save money initially with cheaper wrap, you will most likely lose money in the long run by using inferior pallet wrap.
